Booking conditions
In order to guarantee each booking, a valid credit card number is required. The amount of booking will be charged to the credit card upon your arrival.
Reservation modification - According to the chosen rate and according to availability, the customer will be able to modify his initial reservation one time without expenses until 3 days before the date of arrival by noon (Quebec time). After this period, the reservation is final and cannot be changed.
It is the client’s responsibility to respect the maximum number of occupants according to the type of room booked. Otherwise, in order to ensure the security of our customers, Auberge Knowlton reserves the right to refuse access to the reserved room or to charge the difference for the rental of another room for the additional person or persons.
It is the guest’s responsibility to respect the building and its contents, including decorative objects, furniture, fabrics, and bedding. Auberge Knowlton reserves the right to claim monetary compensation to replace missing or damaged objects, up to 3 times the full replacement value.
Auberge Knowlton is a non-smoking environment. Smoking (cigarettes or other substances) is prohibited throughout our premises. **If you smoke during your stay, a fee of $250 will be charged to your account**
Rates listed are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes.
Quebec Sales Tax, federal Goods and Services Tax and lodging taxes must be added to all rates.
Two night minimum stay for long weekends.
Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel 3 or more days before 3 p.m. AST on the day of check-in pay no fee.

Guests who cancel less than 3 days before 3 p.m. AST on the day of check-in will be charged in full (including no-show).

Any date changes must be made more than 3 days before the reservation date.
